How to Place an Order
Ordering a product from our online store is very simple. Simply choose a category or collection and browse through our wide selection of products. When you find a product you like, click on it to display the detailed view of the product. From there, click on “Add to Jewelry Case” to add the product into your Jewelry Case. When you are done shopping, click on your Jewelry Case and on ”Check Out” and then follow the steps until completion of the order.
You don’t need to create an account. You can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account at ARISTI Jewels allows you to save your personal details and address for quicker check out at your next order and use our “My Wishlist” feature.
If you have lost or forgotten you password, click on “Forgot my password” on the account login page to receive an e-mail with instructions on how to set a new password.
The Jewelry Case works in the same manner your own Jewelry Case. It contains all chosen products and is one step away from checkout. It allows you to view, add or remove products.
To view the products contained in your Jewelry Case, click on the Jewelry Case image on the right top of your window. The circled number allows you to view the number of products in your Jewelry Case at a glance.
Add and Remove Products
To add products into your Jewelry Case click on “Add to Jewelry Case” at the detailed product view page. To remove a product, click on the Jewelry Case icon and then on ”X” next to the product you wish to remove.
Change the Product Quantity
To change the quantity of a selected product, visit your Jewelry Case page, click on the quantity number and select the number of products you want to purchase.
Order Review and Status
If you are a registered customer, click on “My Account” at the right upper side of our web page and then select “Order Information”. There, you can see all your orders placed, their details and statuses.
If you have placed an order as a guest customer, you will receive an e-mail as soon as your order is dispatched. For more information you can contact Customer Care department.
“My Wishlist” is a feature, which allows you to add products you may want to purchase in the future. Wishlist products can be moved to the Jewelry Case at any point. To add a product to your Wishlist click on “Add to my Wishlist” on the detailed product view page.
All our products are unique and handmade. It will be rare that you will find the same product again. If you are interested in buying a product that is currently out of stock, you may send an e-mail to email@example.com and request it. We will then inform you about its availability.
ARISTI Jewels offers several payment options for you to choose.
• Credit / Debit Card: You can use any of the cards listed below.
We take fraud very seriously, so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer.
When choosing payment through Paypal, you will be forwarded to a Paypal webpage (secure online transaction system) where you can pay through your Paypal account. The process of payment through PayPal is fully automated and is normally completed within a few minutes. During this process any personal information (including credit card number) is not stored in aristijewels.com.
If you have a promotional code, you can use it by entering it in the relevant field “Have a promotional code?” and clicking “Update” at check out after choosing your delivery address. If you only need to calculate the final price, please visit your Jewelry Case page and enter the code in the relevant field.
