Shipment
All orders placed are dispatched the next business day, unless it is a special order where in that case it may take a day or two to dispatch. When your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number. Order processing, shipment and deliveries do not take place over the weekend or public holidays.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and products selected for purchase. Please see above for the exact shipping cost to your address. We assume a package weighs not more than 0.5 kilograms.

Ship to other Address
Yes, you may choose a different address for delivery of your order, for example in the event that you want to receive your order at your work address or you might want to offer the product as a gift.

Presence at Delivery Address
Prior to the delivery date, UPS will contact you in order to confirm your presence at the delivery address. If, however, you are out or away during delivery, the courier representative will leave a note with a local contact number in order for you to contact them and arrange a different date of delivery.

Customs and Import Charges
Customs or import duties are charged for non European Union countries once the package reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer. ARISTI Jewels has no control over these charges, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country so we cannot give an exact figure of the fee you will incur. You may wish to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges when your parcel arrives.
