Track your Package
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be informed with an e-mail, which will include your parcel’s unique tracking number as issued by UPS. Either from our site or UPS website (www.ups.com), you are able to view your order’s up to date location. Please insert your tracking number in the relevant field.
Package not received
If after a reasonable time period you have not received your ordered package, please contact UPS and provide them with the tracking number you received in the e-mail. If this does not resolve the situation, you can contact our Customer Care department at customercare@aristijewels.com
